• Conducting research or inquiries regarding Singular Vacations services if you are a property owner or prospective owner.
• Accessing the owner portal for a property managed or marketed by Singular Vacations under a contractual agreement with you.
• Exploring vacation destinations.
• Undertaking any other purpose explicitly stated and permitted on the Site.

Prohibited Activities

Any use of the Site contrary to these Terms is strictly prohibited. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Commercial usage of the Site, unless expressly authorized by Singular Vacations.
• Unauthorized copying, transmission, uploading, or storage of any Site content.
• Attempting to violate, circumvent, or infringe upon Singular Vacations’ rights or those of any other entity.
• Deep linking to any part of the Site without explicit written consent.
• Employing any automated means to access, scrape, copy, or aggregate Site content, except as expressly permitted.
• Replicating or incorporating any aspect of the Site into another website without explicit written consent.
• Selling, offering to sell, transferring, or licensing any part of the Site without explicit written consent.
• Usage of the Site in contravention of any applicable law or regulation.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities or false pretenses while using the Site.
• Soliciting homeowners or guests outside the scope of Singular Vacations’ services.
• Posting or transmitting unlawful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory material on the Site.
• Attempting to modify or reverse engineer any software used by Singular Vacations.
• Taking actions that may adversely affect the performance of the Site.
• Threatening to leave negative feedback to coerce Singular Vacations into providing unwarranted refunds or compensation.

• Registration and Account Creation: When you register with us and create your Singular Vacations Account (“Account”) through the Services, or become a Singular Vacations customer (“Customer”) by booking accommodation at a Singular Vacations property (“Accommodation”), we collect certain Personal Information including your name, contact details (phone number, email address, and postal address), date of birth, booking information, and any additional information you choose to provide. We also process the username and password you create when registering for our Services. Additionally, we may request a copy of your passport or other official government-issued ID for identity verification purposes at registration. Payment-related information, such as credit card numbers or billing information, is collected by our third-party payment processor on our behalf. We may also collect your hashed credit card number in connection with your booking.
• Account Profile Administration: We may collect any Personal Information you provide to us as part of the administration and personalization of your account profile, including age, gender, and individual preferences. You may voluntarily provide information about yourself to personalize your stay with us (e.g., whether you have children, whether you want to use additional services such as laundry services, etc.).

You may also provide us with reviews of our Services or complete surveys regarding our Services.

• Usage of Properties: We automatically collect information about your use of Accommodations (e.g., whether you have stayed at the same Accommodation before, the feedback you have provided, or any issues during your stay). We will only collect such data with your consent where required by applicable law.

1.4. Information We Collect From Third Parties

• Social Media Accounts: We may obtain Personal Information about you from third-party services, such as Facebook and Twitter if you link your Account with third-party social media accounts (“Social Media Account”). This may be done by providing your Social Media Account login information through the Service or by allowing us to access your Social Media Account, as permitted under the applicable terms and conditions governing your use of the respective Social Media Account.
• Third-Party Booking Services: We may receive your booking information from our partners (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO), including your name, email address, phone number, information available in your user account with a third-party booking service, and your Singular Vacations stay information (e.g., information about the Singular Vacations unit you are staying in).
• Other Third Parties: We may receive additional information about you, such as demographic data, from third parties such as data or marketing partners and combine it with other information we have about you.

How We Use Your Personal Information

We use your Personal Information for the following purposes:

• Operation and Maintenance of Services: To operate, provide, and maintain our Services; to provide requested information; to respond to comments and questions; and to provide support and other customer service purposes.
• Personalization: To tailor the content and information we send or display to you and to personalize your experiences while using our Services, including personalizing your Account profile and identifying you as a returning guest to provide products or services according to your preferences or restrictions (e.g., adjusting the air conditioner).
